transfer request

For American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. contract transfers, the following must be submitted:

1. This completed and signed Transfer Request form.
2. A check payable to American Guardian Warranty Services for the transfer fee amount stated in your contract.
If you do not know the transfer fee amount required per your contract, contact AGWS at (800) 579-2233.
3. Copies of all original maintenance records and receipts for the transferred vehicle during the time the vehicle was owned by the original contract holder.
4. All documents must be sent to: American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc., PO Box 768, Warrenville, IL 60555. Call (800) 579-2233 with any questions.

For EcoPro Products transfers, the following must be submitted:
1. This completed and signed Transfer Request form.
2. Email the completed and signed Transfer Request Form to transfers@ecoproproducts.com or mail to EcoPro Products, P.O. Box 768, Warrenville, IL 60555.

The Following Conditions Apply:
• The contract that is being transferred must be paid in full.
• The transfer can only occur between two private parties. It may not be assigned separately from the vehicle, nor can it be transferred to a car dealership, retail seller, commercial seller, or anyone other than the individual person that purchased the vehicle.
• The Transfer Request form and all required documents must be submitted within 30 days of the date of sale to the new vehicle owner. Incomplete requests will not be processed.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT A TRANSFER IF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET.
